Anyone else a massive peanut butter fan?!

What about dark chocolate?

Or to be more specific, do you love Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups?

Well, here’s the easiest healthy recipe to try that will satisfy ALL of those cravings! But it’s gluten free, dairy free and refined sugar free – AND it still tastes DELICIOUS.

The ingredients
  • Base
  • 20g Vanilla Complete protein
  • 45g natural peanut butter (or other nut butter)
  • 2 scoops stevia
  • Water as required

  • Topping
  • 20g cacao butter
  • 20g raw cacao
  • 2 scoops stevia
How to make it
  1. Mix nut butter, stevia and Complete protein.
  2. Add a tablespoon of water at a time until well combined. The texture should be like cookie dough.
  3. Press into silicon cups and refrigerate until firm.
  4. Whilst it's setting, make the topping by gently heating the raw cacao butter until just liquid (do not cook!) then stir in raw cacao powder and stevia.
  5. Pour over top of nut base, sprinkle with raw cacao nibs and allow to set in the fridge again until firm.
